A “street-level” drug target was arrested in a buy-bust operation around 12 noon on Monday at Sitio Dalagumay, located in Hinobaan town’s Barangay Talacagay.

Authorities identified the arrested as 31-year-old Teodorico Gumban, a resident of the said village.

Hinobaan police confiscated five heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu, including the buy-bust item, valued at P7,480; P500 buy-bust money; other drug paraphernalia; and a motorcycle without plate number.

The suspect was detained at the Hinobaan Police Station and charged with violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
