A total of six heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu valued at 54,400 were seized following a buy-bust operation at Severino Street, located in Silay City’s Barangay 2 on Monday afternoon, September 21.

Authorities said the suspect identified as 32-year-old Jay-R Villan Roa of Sitio Paradise in the city’s Barangay Rizal was arrested after selling a sachet of suspected shabu for P3,000.

Roa is currently detained at the Silay City Police Station on charges in violation of RA 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
