Region III’s most wanted was nabbed yesterday in Ajuy, Iloilo. Authorities identified the arrested as 45-year-old Wilhem Flores of Purok 5 in Barangay Pampang, located in Angeles City, Pampanga.

According to police, he had outstanding warrants for the crimes of murder, robbery, and illegal firearms possession.

The Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO) was tipped off by the Philippine National Police Directorate of Intelligence who said the suspect was hiding in Iloilo. Following a month of surveillance, the suspect was spotted in both Ajuy and Lemery.

After the IPPO Intelligence Unit coordinated with several law enforcement divisions to verify the suspect’s identity, Flores was apprehended in Ajuy’s Barangay Badiangan.
