
“In anticipation [for] the possible growth of Covid-19 patients, there is a need to establish an initial protocol for the admission and treatment of these patients to efficiently manage the medical personnel and resources of Iloilo City,” the memorandum read.
In addition, Department of Health-Region VI focal person for Covid-19, Dr. Jane Juanico, said the West Visayas State University Medical Center, located in the city’s Jaro district, will be on standby to take any overflow patients.
Meanwhile, WVMC announced they are prepared to accept Covid-19 specimens for testing,
