Barangay Ginebra San Miguel guard Mark Caguioa said he remains unsure about retirement after the 2020 PBA season. The eight-time PBA champion said he will assess his body at the end of the season.
“I still don’t know if this would be my final year,” the 40-year-old guard said. “It really all depends on my body.”
“For myself, gusto kong gawing 20 years; parang achievement mo na sa sarili mo ‘yun eh (For me, I would like to go for 20 years; it would be an achievement for myself),” he added. “After that, maybe I could call it quits.”
Meanwhile, with the absence of center Greg Slaughter, Caguioa is determined to contribute to the team in what will be his 19th season./ASC, WDJ
