The Retooled Community Support Program Caravan of Services visited San Carlos City last month. The event, which was initiated by the San Carlos City government, City Health Office, among others, stopped by Barangays Buluangan, Nataban, and Guadalupe.
During the event, basic government services were provided for local residents.
“The Retooled Community Support Program is part of the government’s whole-of-nation approach to bring projects, programs and activities to the people while ensuring that development is sustained and peace is being promoted,” explained Philippine Army 303rd Infantry Brigade commander, Army Colonel Inocencio Pasaporte./WDJ
