Fifteen were injured after two vans crashed into each other on Tuesday night in Barangay Hibao-an, located in Iloilo City’s Mandurriao district.
According to Mandurriao Police Station traffic investigator, Police Staff Sergeant Jessie Cabial, a passenger van driven by 39-year-old Ramy Cajilig of Leon’s Barangay Talacuan was struck by a delivery van driven by 22-year-old Erwin Bongol of Ligao City, Albay.
