Canlubang won the 34th PAL Interclub Golf Tournament seniors competition over the weekend at the Negros Occidental Golf and Country Club in Bacolod City’s Barangay Bata, finishing with 564 points and bagging their 11th title.
“This victory is for our boss,” said Canlubang captain Tony Olives.
Team owner Luigi Yulo is currently recovering from illness.
Meanwhile, Luisita came in second with 560 points.
“The team tried its best but our players just fell short,” said Luisita skipper Jeric Hechanova. “Canlubang handled the pressure better in the last few holes and deserved to win.”
