The 10th most wanted criminal of Banate, Iloilo was arrested last Wednesday in the Barotac Nuevo’s Barangay Ilaud Poblacion for illegal gambling. Authorities identified the arrested suspect as Joseph Santiago of the town’s Barangay Lagubang.
According to police, the suspect is detained on charges in violation of RA 9287, which sets penalties for illegal gambling, with bail set at P20,000./WDJ
