The Iloilo Science and Technology University (ISAT-U) was named overall champions of the Regional State College University Athletic Association Meet at Carlos Hilado Memorial State College in Talisay City. ISAT-U dominated the competition with 105 gold, 45 silver, and 49 bronze medals.
West Visayas State University came in second with 79 gold, 58 silver, and 82 bronze medals; followed by Capiz State University with 52 gold, 41 silver, and 64 bronze medals.
Meanwhile, the host school came in fourth with 30 gold, 62 silver, and 68 bronze medals.
Next year’s regional meet is set to take place in Barotac Nuevo, Iloilo./ASC, WDJ
