A man was stabbed Saturday night while inside a dance hall in Lambunao’s Barangay Cayan Este. Authorities identified the victim as 20-year-old Emmanuel Quimba of the town’s Barangay Maite Pequino, who is currently confined at Lambunao District Hospital.
According to police, the victim and his friends were dancing when the suspect, identified as 18-year-old  Rowenze Lego, also of the municipality’s Barangay Maite Pequino, stabbed Quimba in the stomach.
The suspect was subsequently arrested and is detained at the Lambunao Police Station./WDJ
