Christine Joy Soyud of La Carlota City recently agreed to join the Generika-Ayala Lifesavers in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL). The former Doña Hortencia Salas Benedicto National High School standout previously suited up for De La Salle University and Adamson University in the UAAP, the Motolite Power Builders in the Premier Volleyball League, and PSL team Sta. Lucia Lady Realtors.
Alongside Soyud, former national team setter Rhea Dimaculangan and veteran outside hitter Carmina Aganon will also be joining Generika-Ayala. The new acquisitions look to fill the gap left after the recent departure of Ilongga outside hitter Fiola Mae Ceballos.
Meanwhile, at Generika-Ayala, the Negrense player will be teamed up with Bacolodnon outside hitter Patty Jane Orendain./ASC, WDJ
