A drug suspect was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation around 12:15 a.m. yesterday at Purok Everlasting in the city’s Barangay 29.

Police Station 1 chief, Police Major Jovil Sedel, said Reynaldo Uy Cientos, 44, married of the place, was collared by his men in the sting operation and confiscated nine heat sealed sachets of suspected shabu using P200 buy-bust money.

Police also seized other drug paraphernalia with items estimated at P12,000 market value.

The suspect is detained at PS1, facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 and is./WDJ
