A motorcycle driver was declared dead-on-arrival in the hospital after the vehicle he was driving crashed along Bacolod City’s Mountain View Subdivision in Barangay Mandalagan, late Wednesday night.

Police identified the fatality as Antonio Abian, 29, a resident of Cadiz City’s Barangay Celestino Villacin.

Based on information obtained by police from the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital where the victim was rushed, Abian was found by the roadside unconscious beside his motorcycle.
