Carlos Hilado Memorial State College (CHMSC) was recently recognized as a “top-performing school” after posted a 98 percent passing rate in this month’s civil engineering licensure examination.
The school produced 49 new civil engineers.
The exam was held between November 9 and 10.
In total, 6,510 out of 15,075 passed. (PR)
