The Department of Education-Division of Bacolod City (DepEd-Bacolod) recently swore-in Gladys Amylaine Sales as the division’s new assistant schools division superintendent officer-in-charge.
“Any effort from the division extended to all of you—be it school heads, supervisors, teachers, and non-teaching staff—are help from the division office and that’s part of the performance management obligation,” she said during the ceremony.
The DepEd official also discussed her experience working at the Cadiz City division.
“We did a very holistic kind of training,” she explained. “Development programs for everybody not only for the school children but for teachers, as well non-teaching personnel.”/WDJ
