Lacson reveals achievements from his first ‘100 days’

Negros Occidental Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson yesterday revealed the achievements from his first ‘100 days’ as governor and discussed his “Abanse Negrense” platform.
The governor previously introduced the initiative during his swearing-in ceremony earlier this year
“I call on our people to join me and our provincial officials as we pursue a vision our shared vision and deserve our ideals for the common good,” Lacson said. “We are connected as one family, one community, and one solid government.”
He noted, projects worth P6,521,946.44 were turned over by the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist, the agricultural tramline in Silay City that has reduced transport time for local farmers, an irrigation project for Isabela rice farmers, P14,471,383.75 worth of infrastructure for farmers completed, and the turnover of 31 agri-machinery project units worth P2,306,300.
He also touted the “Kaon Ta Sa Suba” program at the Mambukal Mountain Resort, where guests trek by waterfalls, take a dip in the sulfuric waters, explore the resort, and enjoyed a buffet by the river./DGB, WDJ
