After the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) permitted operations to resume for Super Lucky Beaglers Inc., a small town lottery firm in the province, Negros Occidental Board Member Andrew Montelibano said he plans to summon Jexter Mercado, president of the local gaming operation, before the Provincial Board.
The provincial official, who chairs the Provincial Board Committee on Games and Amusement, said he wants to know the PCSO implementing rules and regulations and to clarify if the firm is remitting their share of earnings to local government units properly.
