Tay Tung basketball team gears up for the competition

Bacolod Tay Tung High School is hoping for a strong showing in the 2019 Batang Pinoy national finals, which are scheduled to take place in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan from August 23 to September 1.
Heinz Gabriel ‘Kobe’ Demisana of Pontevedra, who was earlier named to the Philippine Jr. NBA All-Star Team, said he hopes to bring his experience from the Jr. NBA Global Championship to the competition.
“Hopefully, I can use the experience I gained from [the] Jr. NBA Global Championship in Batang Pinoy,” he said. “I know this will not be easy but we will try our best to win each game.”
Also on the Tay Tung roster are Nathan Jan Jundana, Rafael Albert Ledesma, Mike Lebron Estelloso, Christian James Juguan, Thomas Pillado, Adrielle Vince Binguan, Johanan Raymond Castiller, Dylan Benedict Despi, Marvin delos Santos, and Joshua Farahmir Dignadice./ASC, WDJ
