At least nine people were injured late Saturday afternoon after two tricycles collided at Crossing Ambush in Ilog’s Barangay Manalad.
Ilog Municipal Police Station traffic investigator, Police Corporal Josephus Tiera, said the tricycle driven by 21-year-old Jerlyn Ramos was turning at the curve when it hit the motorcycle of another tricycle, driven by 65-year-old Dominador Aleman.
Tiera said Aleman was also driving fast when the collision occurred.
Three of the nine victims were rushed to a hospital in Bacolod City following the incident, while the others suffered cuts and bruises.
Tiera also noted Aleman incurred cuts on his forehead and a fracture to one of his knees. Aleman also claimed that he suffered back pains after the collision./DGB, WDJ
