According to Negros Occidental provincial elections supervisor, Atty. Tictac Villanueva, eight Negros Occidental cities have yet to transmit their results following last Monday’s midterm elections.

She identified the localities as Talisay City, Silay City, Victorias City, Cadiz City, Escalante City, Bago City, San Carlos City, and Sipalay City.

“Considering that they are all cities, they need to transmit their results in order for us to proclaim the winners,” she explained.”
