The Creamline Cool Smashers and BanKo Perlas Spikers are scheduled to faceoff at the University of San Agustin gym in Iloilo City next month, June 15, as part of a 2019 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) Reinforced Conference out-of-town match.

“This is a first in Iloilo history, [hosting] a PVL regular game,” said organizer Rodolfo Go Villaruz. “It will be a blockbuster game since both teams are loaded [with] talent.”

The Cool Smashers roster includes Bacolodnon players Melissa Gohing and Fille Cainglet-Cayetano, Alyssa Valdez, Michelle Gumabao, Coleen Bravo, Risa Sato, Maria Paulina Soriano, Kyla Atienza, Julia Morado, Celine Domingo, Rizza Mandapat, Jessica Galanza, Rosemarie Vargas; and import players Aleoscar Blanco and Kuttika Kaewpin.

Meanwhile, BanKo Perlas boasts Ilongga player Roma Doromal among their ranks, alongside Nicole Tiamzon, Angelique Gervacio, Katherine Bersola, Mary Tajima, Gizelle Tan, Jorella de Jesus, Mary Joy Dacoron, Jamenea Ferrer, Rose Cailing, and Fenela Emnas./ASC, WDJ
