The Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. (Ceneco) assured there are no scheduled power interruptions today as voters arrive at the polls to participate in the 2019 midterm elections. However, Ceneco Member-Consumer Integrated Services Division chief Roel Venus said there will be an emergency crew ready for “unscheduled power interruptions.”

He said the power utility will try its best to ensure there are no power interruptions during the day, but added, “This is inevitable.”

Venus also pointed out, their crew are more than willing to work overtime to fix electricity-related troubles and said the co-op’s key personnel will be on standby./DGB, WDJ
