An 18-year old was arrested early yesterday morning after he allegedly sold illegal drugs to an undercover cop at Purok Bulak in Bacolod City’s Barangay Mandalagan.

Police identified the suspect as Bernard Benegay, a resident of Fortune Town, located in the city’s Barangay Estefania.

Information released by Police Station 3 (PS3) reported Benegay was arrested after he handed a sachet of suspected shabu to a police poseur buyer.

A follow-up search of the suspect yielded a total five sachets of suspected shabu with a market value of P87,000.

Benegay is facing illegal drugs charges and is detained at PS3./DGB, WDJ
