AdMU remains atop UAAP men’s football standings

Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU) remains atop the UAAP Season 81 men’s football standings with 22 points after their recent 2-0 win over National University at the Far Eastern University-Diliman pitch.

Andreas Maniquis and Mark Nacional each converted first half goals for AdMU, which extended the team’s win streak to four.

In the other match, the University of the Philippines (UP) defeated the University of Santo Tomas, 2-1.

King Miyagi opened scoring for in the 12th minute; however, in the 36th minute, Dexter Benecio sealed an equalizer.

In the second half, scored the winner in the 54th minute off a scramble in the face of goal following a JB Borlongan corner./ASC, WDJ
