Ceres-Negros FC continues their 2019 AFC Cup campaign tonight against defending V.League champions Becamex Binh Duong FC at the Gò Đậu Stadium in Thủ Dầu Một, Vietnam. The Bacolod City-based club earlier opened the group stage with a 3-2 win over Myanmar National League club Shan United FC.

Ahead of tonight’s match, Ceres coach Risto Vidaković warned the club to avoid complacency, noting, that was the reason their previous AFC Cup match was so close.

“I think that game should have been easier; we controlled the first half very well,” he said. “In the second half, I don’t know what happened – we relaxed?”

“We will have a hard game in Vietnam – the opponent is very good,” the coach added. “They are well prepared and they have a good national team, so, we have to play more seriously.”

The match kicks off at 7:00 p.m. (PHT) and will air live on 5PLUS and Fox Sports 2./ASC, WDJ
