Talisay City native Shaira Jardio recently proved to be key for Manila Premier as they won the NCR Meet 2019 secondary girls’ volleyball competition at Our Lady of Perpetual Succor College in Marikina City.

Manila Premier’s 25-5, 25-11, 25-16 win over Makati City advanced the team to the upcoming 2019 Palarong Pambansa, which is scheduled to take place in Davao City.

Jardio, a former Rafael B. Lacson Memorial High School player, is joined on the Manila-based team by former University of St. La Salle Integrated School player Caroline Santos
