National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP) officials, along with masters students in their National Security Administration Program, visited Negros Occidental yesterday as part of their National Security and Development Study.
The study takes students to various parts of the country where they can assess critical challenges and strategic prospects for development and national security.
Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon, Jr. welcomed the delegation and provided a brief orientation on the province.
