The Iloilo Dinagyang Foundation Inc. (IDFI) is currently conducting a nationwide tour promoting Iloilo City, with the first events taking place at Robinsons Place Angeles and SM City Pampanga last Thursday.

The performances comprised of 25 dancers and 15 drummers.

According to IDFI chairman Ramon Cua Locsin, the annual festival “brings a message that Iloilo City, as its host, is a nice place to visit.”

The festival next visits Baguio City today, March 2, for the ongoing Panagbenga Flower Festival.

The tour will continue throughout the year with stops scheduled in Guimaras, Bohol, Davao City, Dumaguete City, Bacolod City, and San Carlos City./WDJ
