Property developer Megaworld Corporation launched its second condominium for their Upper East Township project in Bacolod City.

With the launch of its One Regis residential unit last year, the firm recently introduced Two Regis, which will be situated next to the proposed Megaworld Lifestyle Mall.

The development will make Bacolod City a destination for lifestyle and leisure.

The Upper East Township is located where the Bacolod Murcia Milling Co. used to operate. It is said “significant heritage” portions of the old mill will be preserved and maintained.

In Iloilo City, Megaworld has developed the Iloilo Business Park, which houses the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo, Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo, Iloilo Convention Center, several call centers, restaurants, condominiums, and Festive Walk Mall./WDJ
