The Bacolod City Sangguniang Panlungsod passed a resolution earlier this week congratulating two University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R) alumni who recently ranked among the Top 10 nationwide on the teachers’ board examination.

Allen Jake Sajot Talimodao finished ninth in the elementary level examination while Claire Clamor Magbanua ranked ninth in the secondary level examination.

The resolution called them an “inspiration” for aspiring teachers and encouraged them to “do their best and persevere in their studies.”/WDJ
