Bacolod City government employees are set to receive the P25,000 Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bonus this month, along with P5,000 in Productivity Enhancement Incentive.

City Councilor Caesar Distrito, chairman of the committee on finance and appropriation, said, based on a Department of Budget and Management circular, each local government unit is allowed to give a maximum P25,000 in CNA bonus to their employees.

He said a fund of P30 million was already approved by the city council for the CNA bonus.

City employees received the same bonus last year.

The bonuses are on top of the 14th month pay distributed to city government employees last month./DGB, WDJ
