Small town lottery firm Super Lucky Beagler, Inc. (SLBI) recently hosted Hampangan, an event for kids featuring a mobile playground, in Hinigaran.
Super Beagler, the Hampangan mascot, paid a visit and entertained the children alongside a colorful castle, an elephant covered with floral art, games, and a story-telling area.
Also present for the event were Hinigaran Mayor Nadie Arceo, Negros Occidental Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office General Manager Manuel Villagracia, and SLBI President Jexter Mercado./WDJ
