The Central Negros Electric Cooperative Inc. (Ceneco) was named the champions of the 4th Negros Electric Cooperatives Association (NECA) Teambuilding Festival, which closed last weekend in Bacolod City.

The competitors included electricity cooperatives from across Negros including Negros Oriental Electric Cooperative I (NORECO I), Negros Oriental Electric Cooperative II, Negros Occidental Electric Cooperative Inc. (NOCECO), and Northern Negros Electric Cooperative Inc.

Among the sporting activities that took place included basketball, volleyball, table tennis, target shooting, and badminton.

Participants also played darts, sungka, and board games.

This year’s event was hosted by NOCECO. Next year, NORECO I will host the next festival in Bais City, Negros Oriental./WDJ
