A man wanted on three counts of rape was arrested over the weekend after Police Station 6 (PS6) cops tracked down his whereabouts to Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City.

Police identified the suspect as 43-year-old Neoman Pilar, a resident of the said area.

PS6 station commander, Police Senior Inspector Wilfredo Benoman, Jr., said Pilar was named as the primary suspect in the sexual assault of a female minor.

Benoman said the victim, the daughter of the suspect’s co-worker, was sexually assaulted every time Pilar and the victim’s father drank.

He added, the suspect’s charges are non-bailable and he is still detained at PS6./DGB, WDJ
