Rubis: Development will grow ‘like mushrooms’

Suntrust Properties Inc. yesterday inaugurated the main entrance gate for the Fountain Grove residential enclave yesterday morning in Barangay Zone 15, Talisay City, Negros Occidental.

Suntrust Properties First Vice President for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development Division Jerry Rubis said they wanted to show the people of Bacolod City and Negros that they are almost done.

The company official said they are now aggressively developing the site, which is intended to complement the Northill Gateway Township.

The main entrance gate consists a guard house.

Rubis said finished homes will soon be visible within the site.

“Like mushrooms, the development in this area is quick,” he said.

The Suntrust official noted, in terms of land development, they are 85 percent complete and will soon be introducing houses.

Following completion of the houses, Rubis said they will shift their focus to developing the clubhouse and amenities area./DGB, WDJ
