Kiosk applications available for submission next week

Those interested in operating kiosks at the Bacolod Public Plaza and Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) grounds during the upcoming MassKara Festival can begin submitting application next week, September 10, at the MassKara office, located inside the Tourism Building along San Juan Street. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Plaza rates run from P14,000 to P18,000, while a kiosk at the BCGC will cost P20,000.

Applicants are required to submit a residence certificate (cedula), along with their application forms and identification.

In addition, the MassKara Office does not accept payments. Applicants must provide deposit slips signifying their payment was made with the bank.
