The Negros Occidental provincial government’s public affairs section (PAS) yesterday confirmed 80 percent of registrants for the upcoming “Passport on Wheels” program, scheduled for September 6 at the SM City Bacolod mall atrium, have been encoded.
PAS officer-in-charge Lisa Coronel said in a radio interview yesterday morning, encoded registrants will next receive an online appointment with the Department of Foreign Affairs.
She added, while registration is scheduled to run until tomorrow, August 31, they are no longer accepting new applications.
