Ted Montoyo and Kenneth Ballo-allo, Jr. recently won the Pagkilit-anay Sa Board Liwat 2018-Kim B. Dumdum Memorial Chess Tournament at STI-West Negros University.

Montoyo defeated Police Officer 3 Ernie Abanco to take the open title; while Ballo-allo won the age-group division with Clark Ken Pelione finishing in second place.
