A suspected child molester was recently arrested after he was caught sexually harassing a girl in Barangay 17, Bacolod City.

Police identified the suspect as 57-year-old Dominciano Legada, a resident of the said area.

Based on information released by the Police Station 2 (PS2) Women and Children’s Protection Desk, on the day of his arrest, a concerned citizen spotted Legada playing with a five-year-old girl and giving her bread.

However, they later witnessed the suspect touching the child’s genitals.

Police were immediately contacted, which resulted in the suspect’s immediate arrest.

Legada may face rape charges and is presently detained at PS2./DGB, WDJ
