The Silver MassKara Festival Organization recently revealed the 39th MassKara Festival will open on October 8.

In a statement forwarded yesterday morning, organizers said festival highlights will be held on Sunday, October 28.

Among the events slated include Electric MassKara, street and arena dance competitions, and the Sadya ang MassKara with Mayor Bing National Fireworks Competition.

Organizers have also set three festival sites, namely the Bacolod Public Plaza, Lacson Tourism Strip, and Bacolod City Government Center./DGB, WDJ
