Marathoner Edilberto Diaz of Bago City passed away last month at the age of 61.

According to Bago City Sports Coordinator Ignacio Denila, he suffered multiple organ failure.

Diaz earlier competed in the Boston Marathon.

His remain are currently at the Baxter Funeral Homes, with interment scheduled for Saturday,/JSG, WDJ
