ASEAN Zonal Finals kicks off tonight at the Panaad

Ceres-Negros FC plays the first leg of the 2018 AFC Cup ASEAN Zonal Finals against Home United FC of Singapore tonight at the Panaad Park and Stadium.

During a pre-match press conference, Ceres coach Risto Vidaković revealed the club will be without midfielder Bienvenido Marañón but assured there are enough players to “deliver the stuff.”

“We must win this match,” he affirmed.

Meanwhile, Home United coach Aidil Sharin said his side may also be short a starter, with midfielder Song Ui-young doubtful.

During the group stage, Ceres FC and Home United drew 1-1 in their first meeting back in February. In their second meeting, the Negrense side suffered their first loss of the tournament, losing 2-0 at the Panaad last April.
