A suspected drug personality was arrested last Tuesday evening following a buy-bust operation in Cauayan, Negros Occidental.

Police identified the suspect as 42-year-old Henro Lirazan, a resident of Barangay Poblacion in the said town, who was included on the Cauayan Municipal Police Station drugs watchlist.

Cauayan municipal police chief, Police Chief Inspector James Latayon, said they arrested Lirazan after he handed one small sachet of suspected shabu worth P300 to an undercover cop.

A search of the suspect yielded two additional small sachets of suspected shabu and two mobile phones.

Latayon added, the value of the seized drugs is estimated at P1,200.
