Merzci CEO headlines magazine’s ‘Power Issue’

Southwall Magazine recently relaunched with their “Power Issue,” which included Merzci chief executive officer Jonathan Lo; the local publication also featured the businessman on the cover.

The event took place at the Gallery Orange in Bacolod City, where Lo, considered a “force to be reckoned with in the sweet industry of delicacies,” was celebrated.

Beginning as a small bakery in Bacolod City’s Libertad Market, the company has since expanded to over 20 locations across Negros Occidental.

According to the Merzci’s website, “For nearly two decades, the company has produced quality products from breads to pastries to Visayas delicacies to short order meals and even water.”

The chain has also become known as a hub for pasalubong.

Present for the event included Bacolod City government officials, members of the Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry, various media, among others.

Also featured in the “Power Issue” are Executive Chef Derek Dytian, Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez, Ormoc City Vice Mayor Leo Locsin, Jr., among others./WDJ

Southwall Magazine’s recent relaunch attracted a variety of guests to the Gallery Orange in Bacolod City, where the publication featuring Merzci CEO Jonathan Lo on the cover was unveiled.
