San Carlos City’s most wanted individual was arrested along Ylagan Street on Saturday evening after his whereabouts was traced to the city’s Barangay 6.

Police identified the suspect as 22-year-old Neiljay Cabatuan, a resident of the said barangay.

San Carlos City police chief, Police Superintendent D’Artagnan Katalbas, Jr., who affirmed Cabatuan was the city’s most wanted, was served an arrest warrant on rape charges.

The warrant was issued earlier this year by Judge Amy Alabado Avellano of the San Carlos City Regional Trial Court-Branch 58, dated July 4.

Cabatuan is presently detained at the San Carlos City Police Station

His case is non-bailable./DGB, WDJ
