The Central Negros Electric Cooperative, Inc. (Ceneco) Board of Directors elected new officers during their regular meeting earlier this week, where District VII Director Dwight Carbon was elected board president.

Carbon was elected as director for the district covering Murcia and Don Salvador Benedicto after running unopposed earlier this year.

Among other results, District IV Director Roy Cordova was elected vice president, District IX Director Joselito Gaston was elected secretary, and District VIII Director Noel Alarcon was elected treasurer.

Officers are elected annually.

Ceneco held their 42nd Annual General Membership Assembly earlier this month, which gathered over 20,000 member-consumer-owners across several venues./WDJ
