The Tchoukball Association of the Philippines (TAP) recently announced their desire to join the Philippine Olympic Committee (POC).

According to POC requirements, membership applications are subject to a one year review, where the applicant organization is evaluated on their national and international performances.

The policy reads: “Membership to the POC is subject to the approval of the General Assembly upon recommendation of the Membership Commission.”

In addition, such an evaluation begins after required documentation is submitted.

TAP is currently an accredited member of the International Tchoukball Federation, an active member of the Asia-Pacific Tchoukball Federation and Southeast Asia Tchoukball Federation, and has won numerous events./JSG, WDJ
