“FIFA stands for discipline, respect, fair-play, not just on the field of play, but in our society as well.” –Sepp Blatter
The Philippine National Police (PNP) in the Western Visayas has set up two hotlines for Ilonggos to directly report abuses by local police, particularly those involved with illegal drugs. With some members of law enforcement still linked, if not directly engaged in criminal activity, Police Regional Office-6 (PRO-6) director, Police Chief Superintendent John Bulalacao, had hotlines created due to “bad eggs” within the organization instead of a means for average citizens to report random crimes.
If only all cops in the Philippines were honest and well-disciplined, the 0998-967-3651 and 0998-562-9523 hotlines could be used for good Samaritans, or “concerned citizens,” to track down real lawbreakers, those dressed in civilian attire and not a police uniform. The fact that such hotlines were even established means the PNP has acknowledged the “serpents in paradise” and the “snakes in the forest” within their ranks have not been completely stamped out.

As a participant in Viber’s World Football 2018, I get daily match reminders and make predictions about the ongoing 2018 FIFA World Cup and can challenge friends and earn points.
In order to “make things interesting, I was also offered the chance to participate in a global competition and win daily prizes for exact predictions. If I’m lucky enough, I could win the grand prize: VIP tickets to witness El Clásico in Spain, the annual clash between archrivals FC Barcelona and Real Madrid – I tapped “yes,” accepted the terms, and entered the competition.
I am not a Nostradamus for soccer but I hope to win – Good Luck to me!/WDJ
