Hua Siong College of Iloilo (HSCI) recently won the Bingawan Foundation Cup, defeating St. Robert’s International Academy, 90-71, at the Bingawan Gym in Iloilo.

Reynold Tupas of Himamaylan City scored a game-high 25 points for HSCI and was named “Best Point Guard” and “Most Valuable Player.”

“What is important for us is the championship,” said HSCI head coach Vincent Conlu. “Those individual awards were just bonuses.”

Meanwhile, Hercor College beat the University of San Agustin, 92-55, to take third place./JSG,WDJ
